We’re now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. Someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, turning strategy into action, and being part of one of the most important transitions of our time.

About the role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping enterprise customers succeed on their sustainability journey. You’ll drive measurable results and long-term growth by ensuring they realize the full value of the Worldfavor platform. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business impact and meaningful purpose. You’ll be part of a team that empowers companies to make data-driven sustainability decisions, turning complex challenges into clear opportunities for progress. As a trusted partner to our customers, you’ll help shape how organizations across industries measure, understand, and act on sustainability, while also influencing how we at Worldfavor continue to grow, innovate, and make a real difference together.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a trusted advisor who helps customers unlock the full potential of sustainability data in their operations
  • Take full ownership of the post-sales relationship for a defined portfolio of customers, ensuring successful onboarding, strong adoption, and measurable value realization while proactively managing renewals, mitigating churn risks, and maintaining accurate forecasts of retention and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio health using key metrics, continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and consistency, and ensure accurate, up-to-date data across all customer management systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to enhance the customer journey, act as the voice of the customer in product and roadmap discussions, and support team development by mentoring colleagues and contributing to playbooks, best practices, and processes.

Who you are

You’re a curious and energetic person who combines structure with empathy and drive. You understand that customer success is about both people and performance, built on trust, communication, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

We believe you have:

  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and fluent in professional-level English (both written and verbal)
  • At least four years of experience within Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within SaaS, consulting, or another digital-first environment
  • Exceptional communication skills - clear, structured, and able to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and customer-centric mindset, equally strong in building trust with clients and working closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Confidence in leading customer sessions with C-level stakeholders
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of driving renewals or measurable business outcomes
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to use data to guide discussions and decisions

Your work will lead to tangible account growth through consultative, value-driven collaboration, and you’ll play an important part in shaping how we scale and evolve our customer success model for the future.
