🚀 About the role
As a Customer Success Intern at Worldfavor, you’ll join our dedicated Customer Success team and support us in delivering an outstanding experience to our global customers. You’ll gain insights into how we help companies succeed with their sustainability efforts and learn what it’s like to work at the intersection of tech, business, and sustainability.
What you'll be doing:
- Support Customer Success Managers in daily operations and client communication
- Help create and maintain onboarding guides and help center content
- Assist in analyzing customer data and usage patterns
- Join customer meetings and contribute to workshops and trainings
- Learn about Customer Success strategies, customer engagement, and retention
✨ We’re looking for someone who:
- Is currently studying business, sustainability, communications, tech, or a related field
- Is structured, curious, and a natural problem solver
- Has strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
- Enjoys working with people and wants to create real impact
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes initiative
