🙌 The Role as QA Engineer
As a QA Engineer at Worldfavor, you’ll take the lead in building our test automation. You’ll play a central role in ensuring our platform continues to meet high-quality standards as we scale—contributing across teams and helping shape how we work with quality going forward.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for our platform.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure high-quality releases.
- Improving our scalable QA setup and implementing best practices.
- Ensuring the platform is reliable, stable, and continuously improving through testing.
- Identifying quality gaps and advocating for testability and clean architecture.
🫵 Who Are You?
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled QA Engineer who thrives on autonomy and takes ownership of quality end-to-end.
We believe you have:
- Solid experience working with QA automation, ideally 2–4 years.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Cypress, Selenium, and Postman—or similar tools suitable for a React (TypeScript) / .NET (C#) stack.
- A passion for clean, automated processes and a drive to improve how we build and test.
- A good understanding of API and UI testing.
- Strong collaboration skills—you enjoy working closely with both engineers and product managers.
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
- Are based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, Sweden.
Ideally, you:
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines (we use Azure).
- Enjoy working across teams and helping define new processes.
- Are comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving environment where you can make a real impact.
Like all team members at Worldfavor, we expect you to be ambitious, humble, have a "can-do attitude," take ownership, and be driven by the desire to shape a more sustainable world.
We recruit, work, and promote based on our core values:
- We make an impact.
- We take ownership.
- We always evolve.
- We’re in it together.
- We believe anything is possible.
